Err01: IPM failure
Processing method: 1, the test drive output circuit for grounding or short circuit 2, test for a short circuit, motor power line and ground or thermocouple sub 3, whether the output short circuit braking resistance, or with the casing short 4, check the HMI display on the drive model are consistent with sign, such as do not agree to reset

Err02: overload
Processing method: 1, the test drive output circuit for grounding or short circuit phenomenon 2, view the fault record, whether failure motor speed is very low (plus or minus 10), inspection of the rotating transformer cable, motor three-phase output line connection phase sequence is correct, the connection should be retested after initial Angle of 3, in the system running, the motor vibration is very big, adjust the speed and pressure proportional gain and integral gain make the system run smoothly

Err03, Err17, Err23: dc overvoltage, ac overvoltage, rectifier unit failure
Processing method: 1, check whether the drive input voltage is not in the use of the regulations, the adjustment range of input voltage to the normal use of 2, test the ac input voltage and rectifier voltage is not consistent with HMI display value, to 3, the ac voltage or dc voltage calibration ERR03 failure, check whether the braking resistance tolerance is differ with recommended value is too big, too much difference as replacement brake resistance

Err04, Err19, Err20: dc under-voltage, so that it can be under pressure, ac undervoltage
Processing method: 1, the existence of instantaneous power, running on electric power to 2, first check whether the drive input voltage is within the prescribed scope, adjust the input voltage to the normal range 3, test drive ac input is lack of phase, eliminate peripheral problems (such as: open contactor, thread not compression, etc.) 4, test ac input voltage or rectifier voltage is not consistent with HMI display value, a new ac voltage or dc voltage calibration

Err05, Err14: forward and backward
Processing method: 1, on the debug menu operation, make the drive into the test mode, observe whether beating spin variable values range is big, the inspection of the rotating transformer wire connection, whether the motor side shield grounding, replace spiral plate, replace the spin turn plate should be retested after initial Angle of 2, if the system operation is not smooth, adjust the speed and pressure proportional gain and integral gain make the system run smoothly, observe whether the fault is not reproduce, change the write command to save parameters need to burn

Err06: module overtemperature
Processing method: 1, the environment temperature is too high, reduce the environment temperature 2, drive the cooling air duct blockage, clean up the air duct, module 3 at more than 50 degrees temperature fan rotation, replace the fan

Err07: motor overtemperature
Processing method: 1, to check the client and motor drive end temperature resistance wire out 2, check whether the motor temperature resistance tolerance is correct, when the room temperature PT1000 is about 3270 Ω, about 603 Ω KTY84, if not correct replacement motor, or short circuit T1, T2, over temperature protection shielding motor 3, check the resistance temperature dial the code switch drive jumper errors, chose to dial the code switch jump line 4, check whether the motor fan is damaged, whether the direction of rotation error 5, replace or reduce the average output power system more powerful motor

Err08: software failure
Processing method: replace the control board and re-debug

Err09: CAN fail
Processing method: 1, check the CAN communication attachment if there is a mistake (including terminal resistance jump line, there are two most jumpers sub) 2, if it is multiple pump system, check for errors more pump parameter is set 3, craft instruction mode parameter is set correctly (CAN continuous mode will alarm) 4, drive and control system by CAN receive commands, check whether the control system work normally 5, change the CAN communication signal connector, check whether the normal near 6, find the CAN communication interference sources, rewiring

Err10: ambient temperature
Treatment: whether the ambient temperature is too high and the ambient temperature is reduced

Err11: self-check failure
Processing method: seeking agent or technical support of our company

Err12: software failure
Processing method: parameter setting error judgment, operation procedure: recovery of factory parameters, parameter burning, power failure, restart of power start drive, failure to eliminate, recommissioning

Err13: oil pressure overpressure
Processing method: 1, check the pressure sensor and the attachment whether there are any errors, or replace the pressure sensor 2, check the pressure control PID parameter and speed control PID parameter setting reasonable 3, remove the pressure sensor, check whether there is sensor oiling hole sundry

Err15: pressure sensor failure
Processing method: 1, check the pressure sensor and the attachment whether there are any errors, or replace the pressure sensor, pressure sensor selection error, confirmation is 0 or 1-5-10 v output 3 v, dial the code switch on control panel switch position is correct 4, system for pump mode, from the node number set is correct

Err16: brake resistance failure
Processing method: 1. Check whether the brake resistance wiring is wrong and whether the brake resistance value is correctly 3, and whether the driver PCB-bus is short circuit

Err18: EEPROM failure
Processing method: restore the default parameter to see if the fault is removed

Err21: brake resistance overload
Treatment method: 1. Whether the resistance of brake resistance is correct, whether the dc voltage test is high, re-calibrate the dc voltage

Err22: node failure
Confluence type processing method: 1, the system for composite or multimodal, check the drive enabled and shunt confluence 2 signal lines connected to see if there is wrong, the system model of composite or more pumps, if there is a fault from the node

Err24: electrical timeout
Processing method: 1, the existence of instantaneous power, running on electric power to 2, first check whether ac input voltage or rectifier voltage and HMI display value, a new ac voltage or dc voltage calibration

Err25:485 communication failure
Processing method: 1, to check whether there is mistake 2, 485 communications wiring process instruction mode parameter is set correctly continuous way will report to the police (485) 3, drive and control system through 485 receive commands, check whether the control system work normally.
