AMC-4300/4310/4320 series controller is the standalone Ethernet motion controller which adopts ARM+FPGA hardware structure design. It can realize four-axis control.

    l Standalone working mode;

    l Built-in ARM processor and real-time multi-tasking operation system, real-time control of multi-process;

    l Support point control, line interpolation, two and three-dimensional circular interpolation, helical interpolation, constant linear velocity or constant angular velocity conics interpolation, Electronic gear and ECAM function (part of which are optional);

    l Full closed loop control adopts PID and feedforward control, improved integral compensation algorithm (optional);

    l Following tool function;

    l Advanced interpolation algorithm: former ACC/DEC or post-ACC/DEC are optional;

    l Continuous interpolation of high speed track, speed smoothing;

    l Each axis’ manual pulse following function

    l Forward/backward kinematics conversion function is suitable for joint-type robot (optional);

    l Local IO management and motion delay function of buffering area;

    l Reverse clearance compensation and screw pitch error compensation;

    l Gantry structure dual-drive synchronous control function (optional);

    l Position comparison output;

    l Trapezoid/S-shape symmetric ACC/DEC curve, user defines ACC/DEC curve;

    l Customized motion curve planning to fit special motion control requirement (optional);

    l Group function to realize sync/asynchronous motion of multi-axis;

    l Encoder position latch;

    l Integrated with the servo motion bus of various brands to realize multi-axis control;

    l With fireware to realize secondary development.
