  • What is the warranty policy of INVT?
    For low voltage standard product, one-month’s refund of  guaranteed, 3 months’ repair or replacement guaranteed; Free-of-charge maintenance is provided during warranty period (24 months’ warranty period for GD300, 18 months for low voltage standard product, 12 months for others and medium to high voltage non-standard products, actual warranty period is subject to the contract). For 7.5kW and below models, we offer free-of-charge remote repair service. For 7.5 and above models, we offer free-of-charge field service. No refund or replacement for medium to high voltage and customized products. 
  • How to request for repair of INVT inverter fault?
    INVT inverter fault repair hotline is 400-700-9997-1, repair request requires users to provide company name, machine model, bar code, fault description, site address and contact person.
  • What technical certifications does INVT obtain?
    All of INVT inverter productshave passed CE certification. The "CE" mark is a safety certificationmark representing the CONFORMITE EUROPEENNE. Products with the "CE"logo can be sold in EU member countries without meeting the requirements ofeach member state, thus achieving the free circulation of goods within the EUmember countries.
    All of INVT inverter products  meet the international IEC 618-3 and IEC61800-5-1 standard. IEC is the abbreviation of the internationalElectrotechnical Commission. The IEC standard is the international unifiedelectric product standard, which is used to standardize the technicalindicators of the unified national products.
    INVT lab has been recognized by China qualified nationalapproval committee (CNAS) and is the only one "inverter engineeringtechnology research center" in Shenzhen. It is the only industry controlenterprise that has been awarded ACT qualification from TUV SUD, thecertificate is issued by the German headquarters directly, there are in totalfive domestic enterprises wining the qualification, representing the recognitionof INVT in safety, EMC testing skills, equipment, management ability andcontinuous improvement and understanding of international standard ability.

  • What is the lead time of INVT inverter?
    The lead time for different types of products varies according to different order quantity. The lead time for regular standard products is one week as they are in stock. The lead time for customized product is about one month, the actual lead time shall be subject to the commercial contract.
  • How to repair the INVT products sold overseas?
     INVT has established local maintenanceoutlets for machines sold overseas to provide paid after-sales service;Domestic distributor  contact the INVTservice hotline , the INVT service hotline sends workers to overseasmaintenance outlets, and the overseas maintenance network responds by telephonein 24 hours. If overseas maintenance problem cannot be handled by telephone,the overseas maintenance network will arrange personnel to handle the problemon-site within 72 hours. The overseas maintenance network covering: Vietnam,Malaysia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Brazil, Turkey,Australia, South Africa, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Italy, Burma, Poland, the unitedArab emirates, Israel and other peripheral regions. 
  • Where does INVT establish service outlets in China?

    At present, our company (headquarters) in Shenzhen, Nanchang, Nanning, Chengdu, Xian, Urumqi, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Quanzhou, Hefei, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Beijing, Shenyang, Harbin, Xiangtan, Guiyang, Baoding, Qingdao, Xiamen, Fuzhou, offices in Taizhou, Nantong, Foshan, We have established a service team of more than 120 people to provide around-the-clock service to customers.
