In the deceleration process of GD5000 VFD, 300Hz high frequency voltage is superimposed on the base frequency 0-50Hz, increase motor stator loss, so as to achieve the purpose of fast braking.
Yes. INVT MVD has itself Internet of Things platform .Support INVT standard design or customized requirements.
Due to MVD is the stepless speed regulating device,the acceleration time is from 0-3600s,so the impusle current is the same as the motor rated current.
Yes. INVT MVD power cells can replace use. In the MVD all power cells are the same include hardware and software, so it can replace by each other.
Please check right pictures for reference.
Yes, the MVD will continue running when HMI fails or crashes. Because the running command and sate are recorded in MVD control board, HMI only show the data, if HMI is fault or crashes, MVD can continue run. At this time we don't know detail date from the control board.
Because INVT MVD support voltage (0-10V) and current (0-20mA) two type analog sources. Those two analog sources share one circuit, that is 0V=0mA and 10V=20mA, so INVT MVD current analog range is 0-20mA.
The maximum distance between the motor and the MVD cable 2km without ouput reactor;
If MVD with output reactor or sine-wave filter can support maximum 5km.
Firstly calculate the MVD poss loss;
Secondly 1HP can cooling 2.5kw power. 1HP=12000btu; 1btu=0.252kcal;
Finally can calculate the air conditioning power. Above data is rough design of reference data, the actual data please contact with INVT technical support engineer.
