Subject: Official Statement Regarding Fraudulent Activities by Alpha Group and Adjusted Service Policy

To All Esteemed Clients and Partners,

We, Shenzhen INVT Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “INVT”), are issuing this Official Statement to publicly address the distressing breach of commercial integrity undertaken by one of our former customers in the Egyptian market, Alpha Group (Address: 11 Emad El-Deen, Oraby, Al Azbakeya, Down Town, Cairo, Egypt), with its owner Eng. Ibrahim Fayad (TEL: +20 1222821583, Email: fayaad@alphagroup.com.eg), and to elucidate its potential implications for your operations.

Under a clear credit agreement of 90 days for an elevator product purchase from INVT, Alpha Group has willfully defaulted on its payment obligations post-due date. Despite our repeated formal reminders over a period exceeding six months since default, Alpha Group has not only rejected to complete the payment but also engaged in the illegal and damaging act of illegal resales of INVT’s products. 

In order to safeguard the interests of our extensive customer base and uphold our brand reputation, we must take the following steps and formally announce that:

1. No Warranty or Support: Effective immediately from the date of this statement, all INVT’s products purchased through Alpha Group will not be eligible for warranty services, technical support or any form of after-sales support from INVT, due to Alpha Group's failure to meet its financial obligations towards us and illegal resales of such products. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause to end-users and strongly advise all customers who may have unwittingly purchased such products to be aware of the potential risks involved and to claim your legal rights directly with Alpha Group.

2. Call for Caution and Customer Support Initiative of INVT: We implore all our valued clients and partners to purchase INVT’s products solely through our authorized distributors to ensure authenticity, quality assurance and comprehensive customer care services. Remaining committed to providing quality products and services worldwide, we stand ready to offer support to affected customers, assisting in evaluating alternative solutions or finding appropriate resolution paths.

3. Future Legal Action and Collaboration Advisory: Please note that we are taking all necessary legal measures to address this matter and hold Alpha Group accountable for its illegal actions. Given that we are currently engaged in legal proceedings against Alpha Group and actively pursuing its legal accountability, the illegal resale of INVT’s products by Alpha Group may incur corresponding legal risks to its purchasers. The barcode(Attachment 1) of each unit of the related products has been logged into INVT’s system, enabling us to track them at any time. To avoid potential business risks and financial losses, we urge all prospective clients and partners to take this information carefully and exercise caution before engaging in any transaction with Alpha Group.

INVT adheres strictly to ethical business practices and will vigorously pursue legal measures against any conduct that undermines client interests or disrupts market norms.
