1. Operators must pass the assessment of the provincial construction administrative department and obtain the operation certificate for special construction workers before they can take up their posts.

2. Construction lifts must undergo a drop test before being put into use. During use, a drop test should be conducted every three months to adjust the anti-fall safety device.

3. Each construction lift electrical equipment should have its own dedicated switch box, and the "one machine, one gate" system must be implemented. It is strictly forbidden to use the same switch electrical appliance to directly control two electrical equipment (including sockets).

4. Construction lifts need to control the number of personnel and material weight according to the rated load.

5. Routine maintenance and inspection should be carried out before operation.

6. When encountering heavy rain, heavy fog, strong winds of level 6 or above, or ice on guide rails, cables, etc., the operation must be stopped immediately, the ladder cage must be lowered to the bottom floor, and the power supply must be turned off.

7. After the operation, lower the cage (ladder cage) to the bottom, turn each manipulator (switch) to the zero position, cut off the power supply in turn, lock the power box, lock the cage and the enclosure door, and perform cleaning and maintenance work.

8. When there are many people at work, there should be dedicated personnel on the ground to maintain order.

9.Write down the work log and shift handover record of each machine.

10. Implement a regular inspection and maintenance system for construction lifts.
