1. Check whether the input voltage is high, adjust the voltage to the normal range (380V ± 15%), so that the DC bus voltage is not higher than 800V.
2. Check whether the deceleration time is too short, and appropriately extend the deceleration time if conditions permit.
3. Check whether the inertia of the load is too large, or there is an external force to drag the motor during the acceleration of the load. If so, cancel the external force or change to coast stop.
4. Or try to install braking devices.
1 check whether the input voltage is high, adjust the voltage to the normal range (380V ± 15%), so that the DC bus voltage is not higher than 800V.
2. Check whether the parameters of the VFD are set correctly or whether the auto-tuning parameters of the motor are correct. If not, please change the correct parameters according to the actual situation.
3. Check whether the acceleration time is too short, and appropriately extend the acceleration time if conditions permit.
4. Whether the VFD drives the motor with external force during acceleration. If there is external force driving, try to cancel the external force or install braking device.
1. Check whether the parameters of the VFD are set correctly or whether the auto-tuning parameters of the motor are correct.
2. Check whether there is leakage in the output circuit of the VFD. If there is leakage, please eliminate it. Make sure that the output cable of the VFD is less than 50m. If the output cable is too long, it is recommended that the customer install an output reactor or output filter.
3. Whether the load changes suddenly during constant speed operation, and adjust the parameters to make the current limiting protection effective
1. Check whether the motor no-load current in the motor auto-tuning parameters is below 60% of the motor rated current or not. If the deviation is large, please do auto-tuning again.
2. Check the deceleration time of the VFD, whether the inertia of the load is too large, and whether there is a sudden change load during deceleration.
3. If the adjustment parameters still cannot be solved, it can be determined that the selected power of the VFD is too small, and it is recommended to replace the one with higher power model.
1. Check whether the motor is connected before auto-tuning to ensure that the motor has been correctly connected with the VFD.
2. Check whether the motor capacity matches the VFD capacity. If the VFD capacity is too small, suggest to replace the VFD matching the motor capacity.
3. Check whether the motor rated parameters are set correctly to ensure that the motor rated parameters have been set correctly before auto-tuning.
4. Check whether the auto-tuning parameters of the VFD deviate too much from the actual values. Users can do auto-tuning for several times and take the closer parameters.
1. Determine whether to restart the rotating motor. If so, consider restarting the motor after it stops stably or setting the speed tracking to be effective.
2. Check whether the acceleration time of the VFD is too short, and extend the acceleration time with the permission of the user.
3. Check whether the output voltage is low when at 60 Hz, and adjust the motor no-load current to make the output voltage reach 460V.
4. Check whether the current displayed on the keypad is consistent with the actual current. If so, it is recommended that the customer replace the higher power VFD.
5. Check whether the VFD model is set correctly (whether it corresponds to the load type, if not, reset the model).
1.check whether the rated parameters of the motor are set correctly. If not, please reset.
2. Check whether the output voltage of the VFD is 460V when the frequency is 60Hz. If not, please adjust the no-load current to the normal status.
3. Check whether the motor has locked rotor, if so, try to eliminate it.
4. Check whether the current displayed on the keypad is consistent with the actual measured current. If it is consistent, it indicates that the motor selection is too small. It is recommended that the customer replace the motor with a higher power.
1. Determine whether to restart the rotating motor. If so, you can wait until the motor stops stably or enable the speed tracking function.
2. Check whether the acceleration time of the VFD is too short or not, and extend the acceleration time. If the process of the customer allows, advised to replace the inverter with a higher power VFD.
3. Confirm whether the load of VFD changes suddenly during acceleration. If so, the protection value or acceleration time can be increased.
4. Check whether the output voltage is low while at 50Hz, and adjust the no-load current of the motor to make the output voltage reach 380V.
5. Check whether the output cable is too long. Generally more than 50m, output reactor or filter should be installed; generally, reactor should be added to submersible pump, and OC1 is easy to trip without reactor.
6. Check motor insulation.
Possible causes of failure:
1. The short-circuit connection jumper between terminal 24 V and PW is lost;
2. The voltage of terminal 24 V is abnormal;
3. The terminal is damaged;
4. The terminal polarity is set incorrectly;
5. Some parameter setting is improper, please reset to factory parameters, then test.
