From December 12 to 15, INVT Global Partner Conference 2024 with the theme of Transformation Embrace Digital Industry, was held successfully in Chengdu, China. The event brought together partners from around the world to discuss the development of a smart industrial ecosystem and explore pathways for high-quality growth and win-win collaboration in the industrial automation sector.

The towering tree grows from a tiny sprout; the nine-story terrace begins with a mound of earth. In this inaugural year of INVT's systematic transformation, its stable and rapid development has not only benefited from strategic planning but also relied heavily on the unwavering support of its partners. Chairman Huang first extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the guests who traveled from afar. Confronted with industry challenges and internal organizational constraints, he expressed firm confidence in systematic transformation and the companys rebirth. Though the path of change is arduous, INVT is fully prepared and determined to overcome obstacles. Chairman Huang called on everyone to continue working hand in hand to unlock the potential of domestic and international markets, rise to challenges, drive sustainable value growth, and create a brilliant future together.

Mr. Tian Huachen, President of INVT, delivered a keynote titled Vision Driven, Aligned for Mutual Success, outlining INVT’s transformation path and mid- to long-term vision in the current market environment. He emphasized that INVT remains committed to its transformation journey, driving technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and partnering with global collaborators to embrace new opportunities, challenges, and growth.

Following that, Mr. Yang Lin, Vice President of INVT, shared a presentation titled “Systemic Transformation, Inspire Growth,” elaborating on strategic updates within INVT’s business units, presenting a blueprint and action guide for systemic transformation, strategies to increase market share, and a vision for co-exploring opportunities in smart industrial development.

Business Review and Outlook: Crafting a New Growth Blueprint

Mr. Wang Jian, Vice President of INVT's Industrial Automation Business Group, delivered a speech titled “Striving for Development, Asserting Global Presence ". He reviewed the sales performance in 2024, noting that despite the challenging macroeconomic environment, the domestic market maintained stability, while the overseas market saw a slight slowdown. Breakthroughs were achieved with key customers, and the results of integrated marketing were remarkable. Looking ahead to 2025, INVT will deepen its global footprint, seize opportunities in both domestic and international markets, implement precise competitive strategies, drive continuous business growth, and lay a solid foundation for future development.

Mr. Liu Changzhi, General Manager of Project Sales, delivered a speech titled “Uphold Principles & Seek Changes - Moving to the Light”, focusing on the OEM/EU sector. He discussed enhancing collaborations with OEM/EU clients, offering customized solutions, embracing new technologies, and continuously innovating to help clients achieve more efficient, intelligent production.

New Products and Industry Solutions: Innovation Drives Growth

 Mr. Zhang Donghua from the Industry Solutions Department gave a presentation titled “Scenario Innovation, Value Creation”, showcasing INVT’s strength in multi-industry solutions and emphasizing continued industry focus to deliver competitive offerings. Mr. Liu Haiwei and Mr. Ding Nan from the Product Center introduced upcoming products such as the DA360 and IMS20B motors, sparking significant interest. The conference also featured an outdoor product showcase, reinforcing partner confidence and showcasing INVT's commitment to driving technological innovation and product upgrades.

Channel Development: Cooperation for Win-Win Outcomes

Zhang Zhijun, Director of Channel Development and Management Department, shared plans for channel development and strategic transformations, emphasizing the importance of strategic alignment and tactical collaboration with channel partners. Mr. Mou Changzhou, General Manager of the Power Division, detailed strategies for promoting UPS and integrated micro-modular data center solutions for industrial users, providing deep market insights and practical marketing advice to support INVT rapid growth.

During the partner sharing segment, six representatives presented successful cases and valuable experiences of collaboration with INVT. These stories highlighted the extensive applicability and outstanding performance of INVT products and conveyed the strong cooperative relationships and shared growth vision between INVT and its partners.

The conference concluded with the INVT 2024 Annual Excellence Partner Awards Ceremony. In this solemn and celebratory moment, company leaders presented awards to recognize the hard work of partners, acknowledging their contributions and expressing hopes for continued collaboration, inspiring all attendees to strive for greater achievements.

Sales Seminar and Signing Ceremonies: Strengthening Partnerships

On December 14, the sales workshop featured guest speaker Mr. Yan, who delivered a presentation titled “Focus on Growth, Collaborating for Win-Win Results.” This included discussions on gaps, consensus, mechanisms, and empowerment strategies, emphasizing INVT’s customer-centric approach and shift towards value-driven areas. The session also proposed mechanisms for partnership and empowerment aimed at enhancing channel capabilities and achieving mutual success. Following this, participants engaged in discussions and signed cooperation agreements to mark a new chapter of collaboration.

Beyond the conference sessions, attendees enjoyed activities showcasing Chengdu's unique charm, including visits to the Panda Base, Sanxingdui archaeological site, and Sichuan opera with face-changing performances, enhancing partners' understanding of INVT and traditional Chinese culture.
