The selection committee for this award consisted of multiple authoritative organizations, including the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Strategic Emerging Industries Development Promotion Association, Shenzhen Strategic Emerging Industries Development Promotion Association, Shenzhen Quality Strong City Promotion Association, Shenzhen Polymer Industry Association, Southern University of Science and Technology, China Brainbank – Comprehensive Development Research Institute, Qianzhan Industry Research Institute, and Shenzhen Special Zone Daily.

After a rigorous seven-month evaluation process, more than 50 expert reviewers conducted comprehensive assessments through press releases, application solicitations, preliminary material reviews, on-site investigations, and final evaluations. Enterprises were evaluated based on five key dimensions: corporate fundamentals and strategic layout, technological innovation, industrial innovation, business model and management innovation, and social responsibility. The aim was to identify and recognize enterprises that play a significant leading role in China's overall economic and industrial development within the Greater Bay Area, setting benchmarks for strategic emerging industries.
