Solar Pump Laboratory:
The laboratory mainly carries out the technology development and test & verification of GD100-PV and BPD series water pump inverters. The laboratory is configured with the matched application test system: The energy of the solar panel is sent to the inverter through the combiner box, and the DC power is converted to AC power to drive the pump motor so that water can be sent into the water storage tank for simulated irrigation. The system can realize automatic AC-DC switching and hybrid input scheme testing. With the help of GPRS module, the operation information of the inverter can be transmitted to the IoT platform. The system can monitor the operation information for 24 hours without interruption, and troubleshoot in time. Users can also control startup/shutdown and view parameters through the mobile APP or web page.
Industrial IoT Laboratory:
In response to the strategy of "Made in China 2015", INVT Industrial IoT Apartment was formally established in 2015. At present, it has built a R&D team of nearly 50 people (master accounting for more than 40%) and an industrial IoT laboratory covering 100m2. In two years, the apartment has obtained 4 patents for invention, 9 patents for utility model, and multiple software copyrights. It has led some research projects which have won the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Award and four Shenzhen Science and Technology Awards. It built the industrial IoT business system (construction machinery system, air compressor system, and solar system) which is composed of device perception layer (end), communication layer (tube), cloud platform layer (cloud), and application layer (application). It has the ability to build an open intelligent ecosystem (supporting PLCs with different protocols/operating MES) of the whole industrial chain (private and public clouds can be deployed) for customers, so as to help customers improve the levels of gridding, digitization and informatization, promote efficiency, reduce cost, and create value.
It has also set up different business monitoring systems involving 30 industries in the industrial IoT, such as construction machinery system, air compressor system, solar system, grain machinery, petroleum machinery, hoisting machinery, Internet of vehicles, charging system, production monitoring, spraying equipment, high-pressure equipment, environmental protection equipment, etc.
Competence scope:
1. Software:
1.1 With different combination modes of "Software ontology + policy files", it can conduct functional tests (black and white boxes) on embedded software and different industries, such as construction machinery, air compressor, solar, large-sized screen, and relevant application business systems.
1.2 It can develop and test the usability and operability of different desktops, laptops, different browsers and operating systems, mobile terminal (IOS or Android), and apps.
1.3 It owns fine management abilities for remote diagnosis and upgrade, predictive maintenance, equipment status monitoring, and fault alarm based on big data technology.
1.4 It can carry out platform development and verification concerning concurrent pressure, packet loss rate, CPU utilization rate, and server response time for private cloud and public cloud (Alicloud, Hicloud, AWS, and Tencent cloud).
1.5 It can flexibly configure different communication protocols (MQTT, MQTT-SN, CoAP, WebSocket or private protocols, and TCP-IP) to facilitate the connection verification on various brands of PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives.
2. Hardware:1. Software:
2.1 It can build product hardware platforms and perform product tests for different developed industrial IoT communication acquisition modules, such as RS485+2G, Ethernet+2G or 4G, Ethernet + WIFI, CAN, NB-IOT, etc.
2.2 It can perform the comprehensive parameter index comparison test on different communication acquisition modules, such as basic function, system resource, wireless parameters (distance, packet loss rate, and response), and physical characteristics (protection level, operating temperature, and power consumption).
