On September 13, according to Observer Network, the U.S. announced the final details of its 301 tariffs on China after several delays. Starting September 27, the tariff rate on electric vehicles made in China will be raised to 100%, while the tariff on solar cells will increase to 50%. The tariffs on electric vehicle batteries, critical minerals, steel, aluminum, masks, and port container cranes will be raised to 25%. Additionally, tariff increases on other products, including semiconductor chips, will take effect over the next two years. This move will pose obstacles to the export of related products from China to the U.S.
