Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia were accused of purchasing Chinese photovoltaic products for export and may be given special attention. If this policy is promulgated, it will increase the barriers for Chinese photovoltaic products to enter the US market and may to some extent affect the export of Chinese photovoltaic products.
