Project Overview

In Dongning Heilongjiang province, the secondary fan of a thermoelectric enterprise boiler system is dragged by a 6kV / 560kW motor. Before frequency conversion, the fan was operated in industrial frequency, the air volume relies on baffle to adjust and the baffle opening is very low in actual production process. Energy wasting is serious and running is also very uneconomical, frequent baffle adjustment results in serious wear and tear of baffle with high maintenance costs.
