INVT DA200 Servo Used for Turn Table Machine in India

Abstract:  This paper mainly presents INVT DA200 series servo drive with standard functions used to movement of turn table 0 to 360-degree rotation. In this project PLC use to control the position of turn table through servo mechanism and HMI use for data feeding and monitoring of the process.

The major section of this Turn Table, Servo Mechanism, Control Panel, Remote Panel etc.
* Turn Table: Here turn table is important part of object positioning from 0 degree to 360 degree. In this turn table different type of indexing logic executed as per object position requirements.
* Servo Mechanism: Here absolute type servo system used with gearbox setting. IN this application 5.5kW servo mechanism with coupler and gearbox used for rotating of turn table.
* Control Panel: In control panel PLC, Servo drive, basic electrical accessories, and remote monitoring WIFI devices install. All equipment power supply provided through this control panel. INVT make servo executed run operation from PLC through the pulse operation.
* Remote Panel: Here remote panel install with HMI and WIFI device. Remote panel about 20 meters from the control panel and all basic task completed through the HMI setting
* Process: In this application servo drive and motor 5.5kw install for the movement of turn table. Servo motor install below the turn table with coupling and gearbox setting. This servo motor operated through servo drive and servo drive control from master PLC. All data feeding from HMI. As per speed and degree setting and run command to rotate turn table at desire position. This turn table use rotate different angle for actual task completion.

- In this application different position of angle movement of turn table
- PLC: Siemens S7-1200, transistor outputs type PLC used for process execution
- Here 5.5kw servo used for turn table rotation as per feedback length and speed
- Different speed and different types of angle settings
- Manual remote panels given for data feeding and access
- In PLC different type of cycle selection and execution function provide
- HMI use for data setting, monitoring, and recipe function purpose.

4. Advantages and benefits

* In old system mechanic system use for different angle movement and manual power require more. In new system servo-based function use to make system user friendly and smooth operation    
* This solution is cost effective and easily we can implement where cost issue compares to other make automation system
* Accuracy too much high and speed also maintain as standard
* PLC and servo execution through pulse and communication mode as per requirements of operations.

5. Conclusion

As per study and application execution, these industries multiple type of machines for many applications. We achieved result through implementation of simple cost-effective model of IVC series PLC and servo system. This application very useful for small and large industrial product manufacturing. 

6. Future Scope

In this application we execute our system with 1 axis servo system with absolute mode. These types of application are popular and we provide best solution with minimum price. This type of system we can implement in many industries.
