As a smooth way to automate the dispensing of different pouch-based products, pouch dispenser machine has become essential instruments. 1. Introduction
MACHINE PROCEDURE:-
* Feeding Section: We have used one DA180 servo for feeding of pouch.it will feed the pouch as per set length and it’s the slave and master is one encoder which is mounted in main conveyor. both main encoder and feed servo are in synchronization motion with the help of E-cam.
* Cutting section: We have use DA180 servo for cutting axis after feed the cutter rotate one rotation to cut the pouch and its also in synchronization with respect to main encoder with the help of E-Cam.
* Drop Conveyor: Another DA180 servo is used for drop conveyor which is in synchronization with main conveyor to drop the packet between lugs.
Basically all three DA180 servo are in Ether CAT communication with AX PLC and All the synchronization can be fulfil using E-Cam function. This machine is used before flow wrap machine to dispense the spices of noodles.

4. Conclusion
INVT’s solution delivered significant performance improvements in terms of speed, quality, and efficiency. Machine accuracy is better now, Earlier it was in micro controller/embedded system with servo and accuracy in between 1mm and speed up to 182 pouch per minute and now with INVT DA200 with AX72 PLC it is with in 1 mm cutting and speed is 200 pouch. Here we have given solution against microcontroller and Customer is much more satisfied with AX PLC and DA180 servo.
