On July 18, China's GDP increased 5.5% year-on-year in the first half of 2023, and 6.3% year-on-year in the second quarter according to data from China’s National Bureau of Statistics. As the economy and society fully resume normal operation, and the effects of policies to stabilize growth, employment, and prices are gradually emerging, market demand is gradually recovering, and production and supply continue to increase, China's economy showed good recovery momentum in the first half of the year.
