INVT Receives Safety Mark for Mining Products: A Pioneer in Safety and Innovation

Release time:2024-10-18 Click amount: 49

In recent years, with the rapid advancement of mining development, the safety and reliability of mining equipment have become focal points for enterprises. Particularly in a country like China, rich in mineral resources and dense with mining operations, the Ministry of Emergency Management has explicitly stated that equipment without a mining safety mark must not be used underground!
In this context, INVT has successfully obtained the safety mark certification for mining products, thanks to its exceptional technological strength and rigorous quality management system.

1. INVT's Commitment to Safety: Stringent Mining and Safety Certifications

Laws and regulations such as the "Production Safety Law" explicitly require that mining products included in the safety mark management directory must be produced by qualified manufacturers and undergo testing by accredited institutions to ensure compliance. Only after obtaining the safety mark can mining companies procure and use the equipment.

INVT recognized the importance of this management system early on and actively implemented related projects to ensure that its mining equipment could pass the stringent certification system and obtain national recognition. Through continuous efforts, INVT successfully obtained both the Mining Product Mark (KY certification) and the Mining Safety Mark (KA certification).
Mining Product Mark (KY Certification)

KY certification refers to the safety certification for general electrical equipment used in non-gassy, coal-dust explosive hazardous areas in coal mines and similar underground industrial production departments (excluding cables and wires).

Mining Safety Mark (KA Certification)

KA certification applies to non-coal mining products and provides detailed standards and processes for electrical equipment, drainage equipment, transportation equipment, ventilation and dust prevention equipment used in all non-coal mines.

By obtaining both KY and KA certifications, INVT not only demonstrated its excellent technical capabilities and quality management level but also highlighted the company's consistent focus on safe production. These certifications not only provide significant support for market expansion but also further strengthen INVT's leadership position in the industry.
2. INVT Mining General-Type Transformer Variable Frequency Cabinet Obtains Mining Safety Mark Certificate

The "GKBPB Series Mining General-Type Transformer Variable Frequency Cabinet" is designed for use in non-coal mines and other similar underground industrial production departments, specifically for controlling 10kV and 6kV electrical equipment.

Product Features and Technical Advantages

INVT's GKBPB series mining general-type transformer variable frequency cabinet is designed according to standards GB/T 12173-2008, Q/320505SZYWT0010-2023, Q/320505SZYWT0011-2023, GB/T30843.1-2014, and MT/T 1178-2019, and manufactured based on approved designs and technical documents by designated inspection units.

The equipment has the following main features:

Wide Environmental Temperature Range: The transformer variable frequency cabinet can operate normally in an environmental temperature range of -20°C to +40°C. This means that the equipment can operate stably regardless of whether it is in cold winter or hot summer, unaffected by harsh external weather.

High Humidity Adaptability: The equipment can also operate normally under conditions of relative humidity ≤ 95%, ensuring that it does not fail due to excessive humidity in damp mining environments. Additionally, the design of the variable frequency cabinet prevents the erosion of insulation gas or steam, enhancing reliability and extending the lifespan of the equipment.

Robust and Reliable Structure: The shell is made of cold-rolled carbon steel plate, providing strong impact resistance. It performs excellently in impact tests specified in GB/T 12173-2008 (1kg/7J). Furthermore, the protection level reaches IP21.

Overload Protection Performance: The transformer variable frequency cabinet can operate normally for 30 minutes at 1.2 times the rated current and for 1 minute at 1.5 times the rated current. This design significantly ensures the safety and stability of the equipment in unexpected overload situations.

Precise Control and Efficient Operation: Within the range of 85% to 110% of the rated voltage (Ue) and 0Hz to 50Hz speed control, the variable frequency cabinet can output rated torque with stable speed and an accuracy within 1%. This indicates that the equipment not only has high control accuracy but can also maintain efficient operation under various working conditions.

3. Future Outlook: A Pioneer in Safety and Innovation

INVT's GKBPB series high-voltage mining general-type transformer variable frequency cabinet significantly enhances the efficiency of power conversion and delivery in non-coal mines. By optimizing power transmission and usage, this product reduces energy consumption and emissions, making a positive contribution to the green development of non-coal mines.

In the future, INVT will continue to focus on the research and innovation of mining products. On one hand, it aims to further improve product performance and expand its applicability to meet the special needs of various non-coal mines. On the other hand, INVT will strengthen cooperation and communication with non-coal mining enterprises. By deeply understanding the actual needs and pain points of non-coal mining companies, INVT seeks to explore innovative solutions together and provide higher quality, reliable products and services for the development of the non-coal mining industry, contributing to the safe, efficient, and sustainable development of the sector.
