Linear motor gantry dual-drive demo system

This demo adopts advanced gantry synchronous control technology to ensure high-speed response and ultimate synchronization accuracy, and is suitable for precision industrial fields such as laser cutting, AOI detection and LDI imaging. The demo features high-precision synchronization, out-of-tolerance early warning protection, real-time fault shutdown safety mechanism and convenient zero-back mode, which makes the operation of gantry equipment more intelligent and more secure!

Winding and unwinding demo system

The winding and unwinding platform is used for various industries such as printing, packaging, and lithium batteries. INVT winding and unwinding demo system integrates features like flying shear, tracking shear, special-shaped winding and unwinding, automatic correction, and IoT capabilities. It offers excellent control performance, supports up to 32-axis control, automatically calculates roll diameter, maintains tension fluctuations within 3%, and has a short tuning time, making it ideal for applications with rapid speed changes.

Hot Redundant Frequency Converter Demo Box

INVT GD350-HR series hot redundant frequency converters provide redundant operation for a single motor using multiple frequency converters, ensuring automatic balancing of output current. If one frequency converter fails, the others continue to operate normally, ensuring production safety. Once the faulty frequency converter is repaired, it can be smoothly and automatically reintegrated into the system, thus maximizing production reliability and safety. This technology is widely used in industries such as chemical and steel where high reliability and safety are critical.

EOE Function Box

Also known as "One Network to the End" remote debugging, EOE (Ethernet over EtherCAT) allows for streamlined motor drive configuration and debugging. Traditional motor drive software requires separate connections through serial or other ports. With EOE support, the motor drive's EtherCAT network handles both control communication and configuration/diagnostics, eliminating the need for additional wiring. The debugging software sends configuration or debugging commands via TCP/IP through the EtherCAT master station to the motor drive.
