Special Support for Earthquake-Affected Products

To assist those impacted by the disaster, we are offering the following special service support for INVT products (including inverters, solar PV inverters, UPS systems, etc.) damaged due to the earthquake:

1. Fast-Track Warranty Support:
Regardless of whether the equipment is within the warranty period, INVT will provide free online technical guidance and diagnostic services. We will also prioritize the allocation of spare parts and offer assistance-priced replacements for earthquake-damaged products (see remarks for assistance price details).

2. Post-Earthquake Reconstruction Support:
* A dedicated disaster recovery team has been established for the Southeast Asia region.
* A 24/7 technical service response hotline is now available to ensure timely repair solutions for affected equipment.
* INVT will prioritize technical support and services for reconstruction efforts.
* A safety stock of essential equipment has been set up at our Thailand office to meet urgent needs.
