In the manufacturing process, the problems of free tolerance assembly and high-frequency line changeover in the industry are solved through the design and implementation of core technical solutions such as clamping and fixture grouping, formulation-based rapid line changeover, and seamless switching of process parameters. The delivery of data-based management system solutions is realized through the assistance of the data backbone platform, which improves resource utilization and production efficiency.
