Background

The oil filter element is the oil filter. The function of the oil filter is to remove the debris, glue and water in the oil, and to transport the clean engine oil to the lubricated parts.

Small end cover dispensing machine consists of four parts: turntable material, raising the feed, robotic handling, and point replenishment action. Plug the filter element cover of different specifications and models.
In the past, most of the dispensing machine was hand-made, so that the production efficiency was too slow to meet the demand for production lines. How to deal with the problem of production efficiency while the current robotic folding scheme is the key point of the plan.

Solution

Based on the difficulties such as the logical control and safety protection position of the cylinder, INVT launched the end cover dispensing machine system solution, which includes VS series HMI, IVC1L small PLC, DA180 servo and GD20 VFD. Thins solution:
* The 3 channels of 100K high-speed pulse output controls the servo and step in for accurate positioning. On the one hand, optimizing the deceleration curve to prevent the robot from moving back and forth too much; on the other hand, optimizing the logic of the action, so that the production rate will be improved to a certain extent.

* Using a 7-inch HMI, the interface is simple and easy to operate.

* The servo drive supports 485 communication read and write data, and it can be reset without power off if the failure is required.

Specifically speaking:

Turn the turntable to find materials, and the score disk is driven by the GD20 VFD. The corresponding angle of the transition is 60 degrees, and the 6 brackets are stacking rods. When triggering the material, rotate 60 degrees. If you find the optoelectronics on the material, the material is completed, otherwise it will rotate 60 degrees until the material is completed. In order to prevent the pushing rod and improve the tray collision, the tray is required to return to the original point position to trigger the material.

Raise the material, driven by a 400W DA180 servo, PLC hair pulse to the servo, 100K high -speed pulse, the maximum speed is limited to about 3200 rpm. The motor driving belt stretch vertically, and the material detection of the optoelectronics OFF state loading tray rises, and the material detection of the optical ON state stops rising. Repeat this action until you encounter the limit position and return to the origin

The mechanical arm is driven by a 400W DA180 servo to feed. The motor drives the mechanical arm to move back and forth left and right. With the suction cylinder, the moving movement moves.The point-to-point part is mainly cylinder logic and step movement. The cylinder logic cooperates to achieve only one piece of material in each time, rotate the drive material step by step, and complete the point glue motion with the spray valve. Because the raising and moving materials are driven by the servo, the speed of the feed can fully meet the requirements. To improve production efficiency, it mainly lies in the algorithm of cylinder logic. After improving the logical algorithm, the production rate increases from the previous 40 pieces/minute to 47pieces/minute.

Solution advantage

1. The blockage detection method has been improved, using photoelectricity to determine whether there is blockage, making the system more stable.

2. The loading lift increases the photoelectricity in the middle section. When there is less material in the stacking rod, the section without material is quickly lifted. After detecting the presence of material, it switches to the normal speed to save loading time.

3. The dispensing cylinder logic is optimized and the advance action time parameter is added to ensure stable action while improving efficiency.

4. In terms of configuration, the DA180 series basic AC servo driver is a new generation of simplified single-axis servo products from INVT. It not only retains the main functions and advantages of the DA200 high-performance AC servo driver, but also greatly reduces the cost and size.
