This solution adopts a 3000rpm high-speed servo motor, which is characterized by precise and fast order switchover and positioning. In terms of touch screen interaction, multiple production mode such as flat-mouth box, cover-and-tray box, large scored cardboard, and folding box are embedded in the system, making it convenient for customers to quickly make a choice according to their actual production needs.

In addition, the solution employs a design of full servo plus planetary reduction gearbox drive for reconstruction, which can complete a series of actions such as preliminary pressing, constant pressing, and splitting in one go and therefore greatly improve the work efficiency.
