Abstract: This article mainly presents INVT IVC3-M series PLC used with RS485 communication with HMI and servo driver to manufacturing of the irrigation pipe cutting. In this project HMI use for data feeding and monitoring of the process.

1. Introduction
The major section of this Extruder, cutting section, Feeder section, and automation system etc.
* Machine introduction: These types of machines used for agriculture irrigation pipe manufacturing and cutting, in this process application raw material to pipe manufacture and finally cutting the pipe as per require length 4mm to 20mm.
* Extruder section: In extruder section raw material feed and heat as per proper ratio settings and pipe manufacture. This pipe proper cold before to next sections. In extruder section AC driver and complete automation system used to control the process.
* Cutting and feeder section: In feeder section AC drive used for feeding the pipe and encoder also mounting on it. Here encoder used to count the length of pipe feeding. This encoder directly connected to the PLC control terminals and ECAM function executed as per ratio settings in the program. In the cutter section servo install for cutting the pipe after feeding.
* Automation System: In automation system PLC, HMI, servo system used for pipe cutting mechanism. In extruder side simple process type automation system used and in cutter side motion type system used to complete the process.
* Process: In this application fabrics loaded through loader and folded through servo mechanism, length calculation also functions working in parallel.

* Here 1kw servo used for cutting of the pipe as per size
* Different speed and size of products tested from 4mm to 20mm
* Manual remote panels given for data feeding and access
* In PLC different type of cycle selection and execution function provide
* VS series HMI use for data setting, monitoring, and recipe function purpose.

3. System Commissioning

4. Advantages and Benefits
* In old system manually some customer used mechanism for cutting the pipe and every time need to adjust the system. Now servo-based system installed and got better result with high speed.
* This solution is cost effective and easily we can implement where cost issue compares to Delta and Schneider system
* Accuracy too much high and speed also maintain as standard
* PLC and servo execution through pulse mode of operations.
5. Conclusion
As per study and application execution, these agriculture irrigation type industries multiple type of machines for pipe manufacturing and cutting applications. We achieved result through implementation of simple cost-effective model of IVC series PLC. This application very useful for small as well as large industrial applications.
6. Future Scope
In this application we execute our system with single axis servo system with incremental mode and simple ECAM functions. These types of application are popular and we provide best solution with minimum price. These type of system we can implement in many types industries.
